GIG’s Entrepreneurial Pyramid of Business and life Development takes individuals through a comprehensive development process on what we call “Your Growth into Greatness.” This model is based on hundreds of years of research on many businesses as well as being a model encompassing psychological stages of personal and professional growth.

The first stage of the pyramid is titled “Wealth/Fiscal Development,” creating ‘fiscal responsibility;’ that is, getting control of money. As Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs States, our goal is to help a person “get beyond money.”

The next stage of the pyramid is “Leadership Development.” These growth areas include Health, Time, Family, Children, Relationships, Business and Community.

The “Communication stage of Development” is the next building block in the pyramid encompassing growth in the three C’s: Connection, Competence, and Character.

The highest part of the pyramid is the”Spiritual and Philosophical” stage followed by “Purpose, Vision, and Legacy.” These growth areas will impact and empower all other arenas.

Our work allows us to customize the approach we take in designing your individual program needs. Ones progression through these stages, and their importance to an individual don’t necessarily follow a linear pattern. We are able to address ones concerns and needs as we customize a unique process of optimal growth and development. This allows us to create a game plan or life plan for a person’s success through an empowering, professional journey toward greatness! By doing this, one has the capacity to leave a legacy that will empower others!
