Greg Zlevor, M.S.
Greg Zlevor is President of Westwood International, a consulting company specializing in organizational and teamwork strategies for businesses and groups. Greg specializes in cultural changes, facilitation, team management, and executive coaching. He provides consultative assessments, designs and delivers professional education, creates teamwork initiatives, and facilitates leadership improvement for executives and management. Greg designs and facilitates organizations through cultural change and/or development. He facilitates strategic planning processes and customer focus programs. Mr. Zlevor's work has taken him around the world including Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Every business, team, and group is unique. Most consulting and learning initiatives require a high degree of understanding and customization. Consequently, Greg collaborates with clients. He not only consults and designs but also facilitates and guides. The best initiatives leave a team or group in charge of the appropriate skills, models, and technology.
Greg is a former senior manager and director with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. While at Arthur Andersen he founded and directed the national team focused on leadership development. Additionally, he is certified by Interaction Associates in several of their coaching models and performance technologies, a certified trainer for Carlson Learning Products and a sanctioned trainer in Performance management through Aubry Daniels Associates, Incorporated. Greg is the founder and coordinator of the Community in Organizations Conference, an annual event that investigates the knowledge, process, and practice of creating significant, effective, and satisfying relationships within organizations.
A sampling of Greg's recent clients include GE Capital, United Airlines, Shell Oil, EDS, Sabre Inc., and Sun Microsystems Incorporated. Recent personal projects include mission trips to rural Mexico and Kingston, Jamaica.
Greg has done post-graduate course work in organizational development and group dynamics. He has a master's degree from Boston College in spirituality and a bachelor's degree from Boston College in spirituality and a bachelor's degree from Lawrence University in biology.

Delivered and trained GE Capital managers in facilitation and process improvement techniques throughout the US and world.
Developed and lead transition workshops for EDS during GM rollout.
Facilitated a team of Sabre Inc. through the development and roll-out of a new world-wide account management initiative.
Designed and led a successful two-year mission, vision, and strategic planning process for CFI while the company tripled in size.
Created tools and manuals for conflict resolution and consensus building for Epsilon management.
